PR-1B

Description

The TAKEX indoor Reflector Beam series is designed for applications where a 'beam-break' is desirable, but running wire to both ends in impractical.

The PR-1B is a non-reflector type presence sensor which emits an infra-red beam to a distance of 1m. When the Infra-red beam signal is reflected back to the transceiver (by a passing human or object) a contact output is triggered. The PR-1B is a pocket calculator sized beam designed for unobtrusive protection.

For distances up to 1m (3.3ft) indoor.

note: For correct operation, the sensor should be installed in a position where there is no obstacle within 2m (6.6ft).
