Search for indoor motion sensors and you'll likely return an endless list of cookie-cutter PIR devices; typically little white boxes with bulbous lenses designed to tuck into the corner of a room. That's all well and good in the context of domestic properties, but commercial applications present a new set of challenges that traditional PIR's fail to address.

Our ceiling mount PIR detectors are designed to fit quickly and seamlessly into commercial environments, with an installer-friendly click-in-and-out sensor base; simply mount the base to a suspended ceiling tile, insert your wiring, and click in the sensor - job's a good 'un.

Furthermore, when it comes to servicing the intruder system, the sensor can easily be detached from its base unit without accidentally disturbing the detection pattern or sensor settings - you can even deploy new sensors on existing base units as building layouts change.
 
With mounting heights up to 6m and a choice of black or white housings, our ceiling mounted PIR sensors are equally at home in the dark surroundings of cinemas, auditoriums, and night clubs, as they are in offices, warehouses, museums, and shopping centres.
