INDUSTRIAL SENSORS
Light curtain sensors use through-beams (separate sending and receiving units) or reflectors (a sending unit and a reflector). These sensors are suitable for detecting large areas and objects of various sizes, from retrieving parts in a pick-bin to detecting thin, flat, small, or large objects.
Specialized light curtains are available for parts counting, bin-picking applications, detection of thin and flat objects, small or large, and multi-plane object detection (J-Series).
Slim-type, ultra-thin light curtain, 13mm thick and 30mm wide. Detecting width up to 380mm with a beam interval of 20mm. Detects objects as small as Ø 30mm with optimum sensitivity maintained and anti-interference.
Compact light curtain sensor suitable for detecting small objects, including fine, flat items like thin pipes, tape, name cards, etc. Detecting width up to 150 mm with beam intervals from 5.55 mm to 20 mm.
Sequential array scanning enables detection of thin objects, such as postcards, business cards, etc. Detecting width of 105 mm with a 5.55 mm beam interval. Features four different operation modes.
Ideal for bin-picking system applications to ensure the correct item is being taken out. Features dual output and a thin, sturdy metal case to save space and protect against impacts. Detecting width up to 225mm.
A slim-design light curtain offers a maximum detecting width of 1440 mm, achieved by stacking two sensors. It features mutual interference prevention and supports two beam modes: parallel beam and cross beam.
Slim and ultra-thin light curtain with switchable beam modes between parallel and cross beam. Features mutual interference prevention for a wider detection area. Detecting width up to 720 mm with a 20 mm beam interval.
Slim-type light curtain sensor with a 10 mm beam interval and a detecting width of up to 950 mm. Available with NPN or PNP output.
