Fiber Type
A series of optical fiber photoelectric sensors, consisting of hot metal detectors (HMD) and cold metal detectors (CMD, which are composed of a transmitter and receiver), that directly detect the infrared energy emitted by heated materials.
FD-A300P Series
Covers a wide temperature range from low to high with auto-sensing adjustment and features a controller with an 8-bit microcomputer for integration of various functions.
FD-A310C Series
Compact and lightweight amplifier with flexible heat-resistant fiber optic cable. Designed to detect infrared radiation from heated glass or steel, offering basic functionality at low cost.
FD-A320 Series
Dual-screen digital display shows both the output threshold and received light intensity. A highly reliable Bestact relay is also available. Two temperature ranges, low and high, can be selected via a switch.
FD300A Series
Low temperature range sensor with a 5-point level indicator. Received light intensity is indicated at 5 levels for easy monitoring of detection stability. No cooling required up to 200°C.
FD600A Series
Medium/High temperature range sensor with a 5-point level indicator. Received light intensity is indicated at 5 levels for easy monitoring of detection stability. No cooling required up to 200°C.
FT44A Series
A high-powered laser diode over 3,000 times more powerful than LED types. Supports ambient temperatures up to 200°C without cooling. Features a 5-point level indicator for easy viewing of stability.
Simplified Type
Compact and cost efficient.
CN-T100MR
Reliably detects in harsh environments with long-distance detection up to 100 m. Features an M30 cylindrical design with an embedded AC/DC power circuit.
HD Series
Radiation detection photo sensors available for low (350 °C) or medium/high (650 °C) temperature. Ultra-small-head fiber optic sensors also available. Suitable for detecting heated steel and glass.
HDA300A
A compact, multifunctional amplifier with a 3-point stability level indicator for easier stability monitoring. Compatible with the HD Series.
Water Cooled
Amplifier-integrated, water-cooled sensors for detecting the passage or position of red-hot steel materials, including ingots, slabs, steel plates, and mold steel.
KD50 Series
A compact, water-cooled hot metal detection sensor designed to withstand severe operating conditions. It reliably detects low-temperature (450 °C or higher) steel materials with high performance.
